How to reach Manali from Ayodhya

Whether you go from Ayodhya to Manali by train or fly part of the way, the journey works in these steps.

  2. Train or flight to Delhi or ChandigarhBy train, Delhi is about 8–9 hours on the Vande Bharat (10–12 hours overnight) from Ayodhya; Chandigarh is about 3.5 hours further on the Shatabdi or Vande Bharat. Flyers can choose Chandigarh airport, the nearest to the hills, or Delhi.
  3. Meet us at Delhi or ChandigarhWe book the overnight Volvo from Delhi (12–14 hours) or send a cab from Chandigarh (6–7 hours) up the Kiratpur–Mandi highway to Manali.
  4. Tour day oneAyodhya train reaches Delhi; evening Volvo north.
  5. The return journeyThe overnight Volvo reaches Delhi or Chandigarh the next morning; book the train to Ayodhya for that afternoon or later.
