This policy explains what information Yug Yatra collects when you use this website, request a quotation or contact the travel desk, and how that information is handled.

Information you provide

Enquiry and booking forms may collect your name, telephone number, email address, travel dates, destination, group size, room preference, budget and message. If a trip moves forward, additional traveller or identity details may be requested only when needed for the selected service, supplier or official process.

Information collected through the website

With analytics consent, the website may collect limited usage information such as pages viewed, buttons selected, device category, approximate location and referral source through Google Tag Manager and connected analytics services. Essential technical storage may be used for security and to remember your consent choice. Selecting a WhatsApp link opens a short enquiry form. When submitted, the name, telephone number, message, page and button placement are emailed to Yug Yatra and placed into a WhatsApp message draft. The visitor must press Send inside WhatsApp; the website cannot confirm that the WhatsApp message was sent.

How information is used

Submitted details are used to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, check requested availability, coordinate confirmed services, provide trip information, prevent misuse and maintain necessary operational records. Yug Yatra does not sell personal information.

Sharing and service providers

Relevant details may be shared with hotels, transport operators or other suppliers only when required to check or deliver a requested service. Website hosting, email and analytics providers may process limited data for their stated function. Each third party may apply its own privacy and security terms.

Consent and analytics choices

Analytics storage is set to denied until you select “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Essential only” keeps analytics storage denied. You can clear the saved website choice in your browser and revisit the site to choose again. A WhatsApp enquiry is emailed to the travel desk only after the visitor submits the WhatsApp enquiry form; opening the form alone does not send contact details or an operational email.

Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, confirmed service, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Reasonable access and security controls are used, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information is held, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw permission for future enquiry communication. Some records may still be retained where required for a transaction, dispute or legal obligation.
