Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These general terms explain how Yug Yatra enquiries and travel quotations are handled. The accepted written quotation and any package-specific conditions form the controlling record for a confirmed trip.
Quotations and availability
Website itineraries are planning examples, not live inventory or a binding offer. Price, hotel, room category, vehicle, meals, sightseeing, permits and other services are confirmed only in writing after availability is checked. A quotation remains valid only for the period stated in it.
Booking confirmation and payment
A booking is confirmed only after the required payment is received and Yug Yatra issues written confirmation. Pay only through the account or method stated in the accepted quotation and retain the receipt. Payment stages, balance due date and supplier-specific conditions must be reviewed before payment.
Traveller details and documents
Travellers must provide accurate names, ages, contact details and any information reasonably needed for booked services. Each traveller is responsible for carrying valid identification and checking current entry, permit, health, transport and destination requirements. Costs caused by incorrect or missing information may be chargeable.
Itinerary and service changes
Weather, road conditions, traffic, closures, permits, border movement, safety concerns or supplier operations may require a route, timing, hotel or transport change. A reasonable alternative may be offered where practical. Any additional service or cost should be recorded in writing.
Hotels, vehicles and third parties
Hotels, transport operators, activity providers and other suppliers deliver parts of the trip under their own operating and safety rules. Images and category descriptions are illustrative until the exact service is confirmed. Travellers must follow lawful instructions and avoid conduct that risks people, property or the scheduled journey.
Exclusions and personal costs
Only items written under “inclusions” are part of the quoted package. Personal purchases, entry tickets, optional activities, local services, travel insurance, medical expenses and costs arising from delays or route disruption are excluded unless the quotation expressly states otherwise.
Cancellations, refunds and no-shows
The Cancellation and Refund Policy and the package-specific quotation explain applicable deductions and processing. A missed pickup, late arrival or unused service may be treated under the relevant supplier’s no-show terms.
Website information and acceptance
Website content is reviewed for planning usefulness, but time-sensitive information must be reconfirmed. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Payment against an accepted quotation indicates agreement with that quotation, these terms and the linked policies.
Questions and written records
Ask about unclear inclusions, exclusions, payment stages or route conditions before paying. Use the contact page and keep the accepted itinerary, quotation, receipts and written change confirmations for reference.
